CRM: Improved CRM tools give your client's managers and outsourced partners the ability to email candidates. All activity is logged in the main database with date/time stamps.
AI Searching: Our popular "More Like This" AI-powered candidate search now includes the AI AutoMatch suggestions for jobs, which base a search from the job description and other job-specific traits to find qualified candidates quickly.
Task Automation and Syncing: RPO mode allows for onboarding initiation and tracking. Plus, any automated tasks in the HireTrak or OnboardTrak can be used via the portal.
